Hi! I’m Rosie, a qualified clinical naturopath based in Canberra.

I developed a curiosity for naturopathic medicine while I was working in a health-food store in my first year of studying nursing. I resonated deeply with the naturopathic philosophies, one of which is to treat the cause of disease or illness, rather than just managing symptoms.

I felt a strong call to the naturopathic profession, so I decided to made the switch to study a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy. Throughout my studies, I became more and more passionate about what naturopathy can offer in our current healthcare space.

Naturopathic medicine has a strong focus on prevention in healthcare, and first and foremost focuses on establishing the conditions for health, which we so often neglect.

Naturopaths are not only complementary healthcare practitioners, but educators. We strive to provide you with the knowledge to make informed health choices, and the tools you need to manage and prevent disease.
